There’s something special about choosing not to find out if you’re having a boy or a girl. This family made that choice with every single pregnancy, and it gave them one of life’s greatest surprises — three boys.
I’ve had the pleasure of photographing this family for years, so getting to come back and meet their newest little one felt extra special. Their older boys brought all the wild, crazy energy you’d expect, but this family is so sweet, kind, and laid-back that it balanced everything out perfectly. Mom and dad stayed relaxed through the whole session, which gave us so much room to capture the good stuff.
The new baby was clearly the third child — going with the flow the entire time. He had a little bit of FOMO and really didn’t want to miss out on all the action around him, so we got some of the cutest awake shots because of it.
Even with three boys in the mix, we still managed to get some of the sweetest moments — all three brothers together, the whole family, and those quiet, gentle moments with mom, dad, and the baby.
