The newborn phase is a beautiful blur of exhaustion, adjustment and getting to know a new little person. It’s definitely a phase in life that feels so long but in the grand scheme, it’s just a tiny little blip. I remember the days and the feelings of bringing home both of my babies. It’s exciting and exhausting all bundled up together. As a mom with two little ones that aren’t so little anymore…I would go back to this chaos in a heartbeat to do it all over again. I love helping families record the blurriness of this time to remember forever.
This sweet family surely had a lot going on but the photos, the moments, and the beauty we captured in their session were worth the time spent. Their little one surprised them all, arriving at 35 weeks. Although he was early, he was perfect in every way. Big sis was the sweetest throughout the session. She was ready to give kisses at any point, and totally rocked holding her brother. All her big help earned her an early birthday present which made it into the photos of course.
