I typically joke with parents that “one is one and two is ten” when adding to your family. I say this with a full heart, knowing that every baby is a blessing. However, I usually mention this to parents who welcome or have welcomed their 2nd child. However, the script is flipped when welcoming newborn twin babies. This sweet couple, and new parents, hit a fast forward into the chaos times two when they welcome their sweet new baby girl and boy.
There is simply nothing sweeter than a new baby unless, of course, there are two. This new family of four welcomed me into their home to meet their precious, tiny little newborn twin babies. They had one perfect baby boy and one perfect baby girl. These two shocked everyone arriving almost 2 months early. We celebrated by documenting their time at home on their intended due date. Mom and Dad were so sweet and they were naturals with their babies. Their hands may be full but there is no doubt how full their hearts are.
