If there’s one thing you can count on in Pittsburgh, it’s that the weather will keep you guessing. We had originally planned this mini session outdoors, but after going back and forth on forecasts, we decided to book a studio as a backup. In the end, the backup quickly became the best plan—even once the skies cleared. I’m always so grateful for families who are flexible and willing to pivot, because it often leads to the best kind of surprises.
I first met this family a few years ago when their youngest was still little, and it was so fun to reconnect again. With three busy boys, the studio was the perfect spot to corral the energy and keep everyone entertained just long enough for a mix of big family smiles and silly moments.
