If there’s one constant when it comes to photographing little ones, it’s learning to stay flexible. Things rarely go exactly as planned—but often, that’s where the magic sneaks in.
This sweet family met me at the beautiful Luxe Loft inside East End Loft Studios for a session that felt both playful and timeless. These two have grown so much since I first met them as tiny newborns, but their sweet personalities and sibling bond are still just as fun to capture. We’ve built so many memories together over the years, and each session just adds to that story.
The neutral tones and soft light of the studio gave us the perfect backdrop to focus on connection and joy. One of my favorite traditions with this family is a playful shot of Dad holding each of the kids up with one hand. It’s something we’ve done every year, and we all know the window is closing—so we’re soaking it up while we still can.
