What do you get with two silly and energetic boys for an outdoor family photoshoot on a beautiful fall day!? A whole lotta cuteness happening at rapid speed. The world spins when you are in a season of raising little ones. It’s a time when you are on call 24/7 to care for, protect and love your little ones hard. As a mom of two that are slowly but surely growing out of this phase, I can look back on this time as a season of survival. As a family photographer that works with many families in this season, it’s a wild season I’m used to. As much as it feels like chaos, it’s truly one of the most special seasons of parenthood and one that many of us will one day miss.
This sweet family of four with two little boys met me on a the most beautiful fall evening at Hartwood Acres mansion for a mini-session. These boys were just as cute as they were curious. With al little bit of silly energy fueling the session, we spent much of our time together corralling and entertaining these little ones with distractions for some great family photos. I will absolutely give all the credit to mom and dad for their mini workout session to corral the kiddos throughout. It was an effort appreciated and rewarded with some great moments captured.
