A Birth Story of Baby Maxwell

There is simply no greater miracle in life than the birth of a new baby. I was asked by my dear friends, to document the birth of their new baby boy. I was truly honored to be invited to witness and capture such an intimate and special event.

It’s possible that baby Max was just as excited to meet us as we were him when he surprised us all by coming 2 weeks early. It was 2 am when I got the call that Erica was in labor — it was officially go time! I met them at the hospital anticipating a long labor as this was her first but things moved fast. It was shortly after we saw the sun rise that the doctor gave her the green light to begin pushing. Let me just say this…. Erica was AMAZING. The strength that God gives women to deliver babies is just incredible. I still have chills.

Baby Maxwell Luther Bucci was officially born on May 7th 2019 at 8:28 am, weighing 6 lbs 13 oz and stretching to 19 inches.

I’m so grateful and honored to have been invited to document such a miracle and deliver these gifts to my friends. The video details their birth story from a few days before his arrival through his delivery, his Fresh 48 and his Newborn Photo Session at 11 days new. Check out their birth film here:
