Some sessions feel like a full-circle moment, and this one certainly did. I first met this family when their oldest was a baby, and now—several years and two more little ones later—I got to meet their newest addition, a sweet 6-month-old baby girl. It felt like a repeat of that very first session, only with more giggles, more little feet, and just the right amount of chaos.
The kids looked absolutely adorable, with baby sister dressed in the same outfit her big sister wore during that first session. Their toddler son embraced his wild side and easily earned the “wild card” title of the night, while big sister shifted seamlessly between being silly and sweet as we explored Hartwood Acres. Keeping everyone moving was key, but the result was a gallery filled with moments that beautifully reflect this season of life.
Here’s a little peek at our session—proof of how quickly the years go, and how important it is to hold onto these fleeting stages while they’re here. It’s been such an honor to document this family from the very beginning and to watch their story grow along the way.
