I had the pleasure of doing something a little different this week. As a family photographer, I typically see families in the early years with little ones. This means photo sessions full of movement, chasing little ones, and lots of singing and dancing. This session was different and new. I had the honor of helping to document and celebrate this beautiful senior.
We met at the beautiful Mellon Park on a gorgeous warm, summer evening. It couldn’t have been a more perfect night for senior photos. The session was full of all the good things. Lyric was just glowing as we moved from spot to spot and she was a complete natural. At one point I joked that my toddler jokes wouldn’t be as funny in this case but we all had a good laugh anyways. The session was effortless and so much fun chatting away as we shot the most beautiful photos.
After this session, I can say I truly loved this new type of session. I’m so excited to share more images from this Senior photoshoot but for now, I’m sharing a few highlights from our time together at Mellon Park during a beautiful golden hour:
