Family Photo Session at the Cathedral of Learning + Heinz Chapel in Pittsburgh

A sneak peek of a fun and adorable family photo session on the lawn of Pitt’s iconic Cathedral of Learning and Heinz Chapel in the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh. All photos with Pittsburgh Family Photographer, Danielle Blewitt Photography.

What can you expect for a family photo session with two little ones? Lots of energy, adorable moments, a few breaks for big emotions but a whole ton of cuteness and love. In the early years family photos can feel chaotic but they are always 100% worth the effort to be able to capture timeless memories you want to remember.

This sweet familiar family of four was just as sweet as they were at our last session but just a tiny bit bigger and cuter a year later. As they moved from the newborn phase, these two boys brought the charm, big smiles and lots of wiggles. Their session was held on the beautiful grounds of Pitt’s Cathedral of Learning, dad’s alma mater. This meaningful location gave us some beautiful light and the perfect setting for lots of running, giggles and fun.

I’m excited to share more from this sweet family photo session at the Cathedral of Learning but for now a few highlights from this session:

Life moves too fast. Although we can’t slow it down, we can record the moments that fill our hearts and tell our story through photos and films. I am a Pittsburgh family photographer and film maker that helps families record their stories and pause some of life’s greatest moments.

Life Moves Too Fast!

Hi, I’m Danielle. I’m a Pittsburgh Family + Newborn photographer. As a mom of two, I know how fleeting the early years are. Since we can’t slow down time, we can record the moments that mean so much. I help Pittsburgh families hit pause by recording these memories in photographs and films and I would love to work with you. Let’s see what we can create!
