The city of Pittsburgh has some pretty amazing spaces in and around the city to explore and utilize as a family photographer. Washington’s Landing on Herr’s Island is one of those places that combines the natural beauty of the space with some great architectural features. This space offers views of the river and bridges, a cool spiral staircase, and some really beautiful natural backdrops.
This sweet family of five were troopers from the start of their photo session. With rain in the forecast, they packed their umbrellas and were ready for an adventure. We actually started the session in the rain, enjoying the protection of the canopy of trees for some great family portraits to start. From there, these kiddos were ready and willing to explore the rest of this beautiful location. I totally adore how cute this family is and some of the moments recorded during their session.
