Hartwood was at its absolute best for this session—rich fall colors, beautiful light, and the kind of backdrop that makes everything feel a little more magical.
This family brought their own kind of beauty to the mix. With a little boy eager to show off his independence (walker and all) and a big sister who was incredibly patient and helpful, the session reflected the sweet, chaotic reality of this season of life. Snacks ruled, distractions were key, and every little glimmer of a smile felt like a quiet victory.
These are the kinds of sessions that remind me it’s not about perfect—it’s about capturing the feeling of this stage of life, exactly as it is.
