Engagement sessions always feel special—whether it’s young love, a new beginning, or a second chance at forever. It’s such a fun season to document.
This sweet couple showed up to the studio absolutely glowing. The session was actually a surprise gift from their daughter-in-law—this grandfather of five had just gotten engaged to his long-time girlfriend, and they wanted some fun photos to help share the news with friends and family.
The vibe? Pure joy. He kept us all laughing with his goofy energy, and the love between them was totally contagious.
We met at Luxe Loft the day before a major snowstorm hit Pittsburgh (perfect timing!) and the cozy studio made the perfect spot to hang out, laugh, and capture all the good stuff. Four of the grandkids even joined in for a few quick photos to help announce the engagement—such a sweet touch to an already joyful session.
