Early summer mini sessions at Mellon Park are some of my favorites. The evenings are warm and golden, and there’s always a good pocket of light to find — even when the rest of Pittsburgh has the same idea and the park is completely packed.
I feel so lucky this particular family found their way to me. These four kids were so sweet. The older three jumped right in, and their youngest sister — the true baby of the family — completely set the pace for everyone. She had her own personality and her own ideas about how things were going to go, and every single person in this family just rolled with it. It was really fun to watch and even sweeter to capture.
