This session was a little different than usual—and in the best way.
This sweet family was in town for a quick visit over the holidays, and with dad home on military leave, there was a small window to squeeze in some photos. With cold temps in the forecast, we moved the session indoors and decided to document something a little more true to life: baking cookies together and just hanging out as a family.
The result? A fun and cozy session full of real moments. From messy counters to giggles in the kitchen, these photos feel extra special knowing how quickly this season is passing.
We wrapped things up with a few quick shots outside—even though it was freezing—and their daughter was beyond excited to play in the snow. She soaked it all in, and so did we.
