It’s sessions like this that fill my cup and remind me why I love being a family photographer so much. This maternity session was filled with lots of energy, excitement, and an openness to adventure. It wasn’t all that long ago that we met to document the excitement and anticipation of their first baby, who is now a beautiful blue-eyed, baby doll. Her promotion to big sister is coming soon but this session was focused mainly on her — recording all the cuteness for this season of life.
We met on a seasonably warm spring evening at a spacious location with lots of natural scenery. This little gal wasn’t shy one bit and was ready for an adventure-filled session. She led the way for most of the time through all the ruggedness of the space which allowed us to capture some of the most beautiful images. This momma was glowing as she so gracefully moved through the session up and down hills and in and out of the woods. These girls were serious troopers and I’m so grateful for it because it allowed us the opportunity to capture some of the prettiest photos.
