There’s something about photographing newborns that makes time feel like it moves in a blink. It never feels long between sessions — even when life has changed in a big way.
I swear I just photographed this family’s first newborn session, and here we are welcoming baby boy number two only 18 months later.
When big brother walked into the studio, I had one of those “how are you already this big?” moments. He may have earned the title of big brother, but he’s still very much a little guy himself.
We met at the Urban Loft at East End Loft Studios — the perfect cozy, neutral space for this next chapter. And in true sibling fashion, baby number two decided to do things his own way. While his older brother snoozed through his entire newborn session, this little guy was wide awake and taking it all in. It’s funny how kids surprise us like that — same parents, same season of life, totally different energy.
Big brother hovered close, curious and proud, and mom and dad handled two little ones like seasoned pros.
