A healthy photography business = a happy photographer. Don't get stuck making these 3 money mistakes that can crush your profits.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Not knowing your numbers. -- You gotta face the numbers even if you are not a "numbers" person. It's important that you have clarity on everything BEFORE you set your pricing.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ Losing control of your expenses. -- Things get out of hand really quick if you fall victim to shiny object syndrome. Every dollar spent is another dollar not in your pocket. Make sure you have a plan and only invest in the things that will help move your business forward.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣ Not upselling your sessions. -- "But I don't want to do in-person-sales (IPS)" Yep, me neither! But if you aren't integrating some seamless upsells into your workflow, you are leaving money on the table. Trust me, your clients will love the extras so it's a win/win for everyone.

It's easy to look at others who are getting things done and envy their confidence and determination to put themselves out there. What you aren't seeing is the real driver behind it all...COURAGE.

It takes COURAGE, not CONFIDENCE to try new things and push yourself to grow in your business.

It's only once you push yourself out of your comfort zone, try something new....you gain experience, hone your skills and then gain real confidence.
